After many hours hunting down file corruptions, I finally have the website back up. Please be patient while I mod this theme, and try to transfer the database over.

Update: If you want to use the website, you are going to have to register. I can not import the user database unless I spend 16 hours editing out an incompatible field. The same may be true of the forum database, I just haven't tried it yet.

Our old database started out as MySQL 3.23, then it went to 4.0, and finally 5.0... but there were issues. There were MySQL syntax errors on certain pages, and even if you did not see them, the server did, and generated a log file that I would have to purge every couple of days.

That would also account for the slowness of the site at times. At any rate, it is time to start fresh. I apologize for the inconvenience, but here is looking forward to a brighter day for all of AFO!

So please re-register!
